Player one leans forward and is supported by player two who is pushing up against the shoulders. On the coaches command the supporting player removes a hand from one of player one’s shoulder’s for about 2-seconds. Player one must work to keep their body level and not to let their shoulder dip forward. Player two can alternate between hands in no particular order trying to trick player one and making them work hard to quickly react to the destabilization.
