Physio Ball Wrestling
Objective: To develop overall stability and strength. Technique: Stand upright with your feet shoulder width apart and holding a swiss ball with your arms wrapped around the ball.  A second person has to try to wrestle the ball away from you, you should not let your feet move and keep “anchored”.
