Lower Back Stretch

Objective: To improve lower back mobility and lengthen the muscles around your pelvis and lower back. Technique: Get down on all fours and let your lower back sag. Push your hips backwards as far as you can without letting your pelvis round back, you must hold your lumbar arch. Hold in that position for 2 seconds then return to start position
