Focus: Power Objective: To build explosive power in your hips and legs. Technique: Stand upright in a good postural position with your feet slightly wider than your hips and your hands on your hips. Initiate the movement with your hips squatting back and down until the tops of your thighs are parallel to the floor. Jump, exploding out of your hips, buttocks and thighs. Fully extending your ankles, knees, and hips in a straight line, jumping as high as possible.
