Barbell Upright Row

Objective: Upper body strength emphasis (Shoulders, Traps and Biceps) Technique: Stand upright, feet just wider than shoulder width apart. Hold a barbell gripping it with your hands about 15cm apart. Lift the barbell upright to just above the nipple line, keeping the bar close to your body throughout the movement. Your elbows must end higher than your hands. Lower slowly and repeat.
