Objective: Lower body emphasis strength and power. Technique: Align the barbell comfortably across the front of your shoulders, supported by crossing your arms and holding the bar with your hands in a standing position. Initiate the movement with your hips squatting back and down until the tops of your thighs are parallel to the floor. Stand up straight again, and repeat.
