Players line up in single file at the start on the right hand side of the grid. On the coaches command player 1 runs out, turns 180 degrees and pops to player 2 running onto the ball and then fans out to the left, all the players follow turning; popping and fanning out. Player 4 will collect the ball last and pass to his left, the ball will work its way down the line to player 1 who is on the outside and he again repeats the drill on the left hand side.
