Objective: Upper body strength emphasis (Biceps) Technique: Stand upright, feet just wider than shoulder width apart. Hold a dumbbell in each hand. Grip the dumbbells with a hand position so your thumbs are facing forward. Curl the dumbbells up maintaining the starting position of the hands throughout the momentum. Lower slowly to full extension and repeat.
