Standing Wide Grip Tricep Push downs

Objective: Triceps and core strength emphasis. Technique: Stand in front of the lat pull down machine feet just wider than your hips. Hold the bar with hands positioned just wider than your hips. Keep your elbows next to your sides as you push the bar down until your arms are fully extended. Allow your hands to raise the bar upwards again not allowing your elbow position to move. Repeat.
