Objective: Upper body strength emphasis (Shoulders) Technique: Stand upright, feet just wider than shoulder width apart. Start with the arms together in front of your body, flexed holding a dumbbell in each hand, knuckles facing forward. Move the arms apart laterally until they are in the shoulder press position. Continue to press the dumbbells upwards to full extension above the head. Lower slowly to original start position and repeat.
