Objective: Full body flexibility and to ready all muscles for any activity. Technique: From a standing upright position raise your arms above your head, stretching them up as high as possible, trying to touch the ceiling, but keep your feet flat on the floor, hold for 2 seconds then lower yourself in a hamstring stretch. After holding for a further 2 seconds drop yourself into the calf stretch position with your hips up toward the roof and head hanging down, trying to look back at your knees, hold for 2 seconds then slowly lower your hips to a couple inches of the ground while snaking your torso through your arms so that you end up in a position with your arms locked; chest out; head looking to the sky; back hyper extended; hip and legs 1 inch of the ground and the tops of your feet flat on the floor. Hold for 2 seconds then slowly move back through all the movements till you are back in the upright position with your arms above your head
