Objective: To develop stability and strength in your back and glutes. Technique: Lie prone (belly-down) on the ball, with your belly button over the center of the ball. Initiate the movement by activating the glutes. Elevate one straight leg toward the ceiling while extending your back and your opposite arm by using the scapula (shoulder blade) on that side. Go right leg/left arm, then left leg/right arm.
