Physio Ball Press Up

Objective: To improve core and shoulder stability and to increase upper body strength. Technique: Get into a press-up position on the ball, with your hands on the sides and your fingers pointing towards the ground. Your chest should be over the top of the ball. Slowly lower yourself down towards the ball until you are lightly touching, hold for one second then return to starting position.
