Objective: To activate and strengthen the glutes and muscles of your lower back. Technique: Lie supine (on your back) on the ground, with your feet on the ball, toes pointed toward the ceiling. Activate your glutes before starting the movement then raise your hips so that only your head, shoulders, and arms are left touching the floor, hold for 2 seconds then slowly return to the floor.
