Physio Ball Bear Hug and Lift

Objective: To develop stability and strength in the core and lower back area. Technique: Position yourself on your knees with your weight leaning on a swiss ball and “bear hugging” it, your arms wrapped wide around. Activate your core by pulling your belly button in and up towards your spine then slowly lift the ball off the floor without sinking back onto your heels.
