Players line up across the top of the 40m channel. Player 1 starts off by passing to the left and the ball makes its way along the line to player 4 on the outside who should receive the ball before reaching the 10m mark. At the 10m mark player 4 places the ball and fans out into the grid. Player 3 picks runs 10m and places, player 2 picks runs 10m and places then player 1 picks and passes to the right, the ball must get to player 4 on the outside before the group reaches the 40m mark. Repeat the drill back up.
