Objective: Upper body strength emphasis (Back and Biceps) Technique: Kneel on a bench with one knee, maintaining a straight back as you lean forward and support your weight with one hand and hold a dumbbell in the other. From this set position, and the arm holding the dumbbell fully extended, pull the dumbbell up in a straight line until it reaches your side just below your chest. Lower the dumbbell again slowly to its original start position and repeat.
