MULTIPLE HANDS REALIGNMENT

rugbyiqJul 07, 2015 10:36 AM

Mark out a 30m x 10m channel with three 10m x 10m blocks. Two groups of 4 players start at the top of the channel, with 4 (2 pairs) at the bottom ready to defend. Drill starts with first group of 4 attacking the 1st block by plaing simple hands. Immediately they realign to attack the side of the second block and then realign by pulling back to play hands down the second block again. As the ball gets to the last player and he enters the third block 2 defenders shoot up and put him under pressure. They must play quick hands to beat the defence on the outside.
