Isometric Dumbbell Squat

Objective: Lower body emphasis strength and power. Technique: Assume the squat position with thighs parallel to the floor, supporting your back flush against a wall or swiss ball. Remain in an isometric/static position holding the position for as long as possible. When fatigue results in loss of form or an inability to maintain position stand up, rest and repeat.
