My Coaching Page will allow you, players, coaches, parents, teachers and even the regular rugby fan, to learn so much more about our great game of rugby. Here I will cover all conceivable areas of the game.
As a player and then later as a young coach, desperate to get ahead and learn, I found it extremely difficult to find information that was easy to understand and could help improve me or aid my development.
Through this site I will make rugby easier for you by showing you video clips of drills that can and will pertain to all the different aspects of the game. These will not only help the player or the coach to see new and exciting ways of coaching the game, but by studying and collecting these clips they will allow the game to also be played and coached more safely.
Other than getting a full compilation of drills and exercises on video, I will also share various plays that you can practice with your team. I will discuss the plays, their intention and also share diagrams that will allow you to apply the plays. Discussions on all the different areas of the game and helpful coaching tips for all macro and micro aspects of the game will be discussed in the forum and my regular articles.
