Hand Walk plus Press-Up

Objective: To lengthen your hamstrings; claves and lower back muscles and to prepare the upper body for various movment’s. Technique: Stand with your legs straight, move into a hamstring stretch by lowering your hands to the floor. Keeping your legs straight and your core activated by pulling your belly button in and up towards your spine, walk your hands out into a press up position. Complete 1 press up by slowly lowering your chest to the floor, then extending back up. From this position slowly walk your feet in towards you until you have returned to hamstring stretch position. As the hamstring stretch intensifies just before the point of discomfort, walk your hands back out for the next rep.
