Hamstring Pendulum

Objective: To improve hamstring and hip flexor flexibility. Technique: Standing in an upright position, activate your core by pulling your belly button up and in towards your spine. Lift your one foot slightly off the floor and begin to swing your fully extended leg in a pendulum motion. Maintain your upright posture don’t “sink” in your hips which will cause your torso to bend forward. Tense your glute’s at all times.
