Objective: To improve hip; core and shoulder strength and stability. Technique: Lie facedown in a prone pushup position, with your forearms resting on the floor; elbow’s under your shoulders and arms bent 90 degrees. Push up off your elbows, supporting your weight on your elbows and toes which are pulled towards your shins. Hold in that position.
