Objective: To increase flexibility in your calves. Technique: From the push up position push your hips into the air forming an “A” shape with your body. In this position with the balls of your feet on the ground and both heels slightly raised, slowly alternate between left and right by pushing your heels towards the ground with a fully extended leg.
