Dumbbell Lateral Raise

Objective: Upper body strength emphasis (Shoulders) Technique: Stand upright, feet just wider than shoulder width apart. Hold a dumbbell in each hand arms next to your sides. Grip the dumbbells with a hand position so your thumbs are facing forward. Lift your arms laterally until your hands are in line with your shoulders keeping your arms straight. Lower slowly to original starting position and repeat.
