DEFENCE ALIGNMENT VS BAGS 7 SHIELDS

rugbyiqAug 07, 2015 07:20 AM

6 defenders start in the corner of the grid and quickly run to spread out on defense in front of 2 tackle bags randomly spaced out 5m away, with 3 players with shields hidden behind them. A scrumhalf in the corner on the same side of the grid as the bags and shields makes a pretend pass with the ball to show it is "out". As he does this the players with the shields shoot out from behind the bags from any side and run towards the defenders. The defenders must come up quickly on defence when the scrumhalf passes and tackle the bags and drive the shields backwards not leaving any holes by shifting quickly if necessary.
