CROSS OVER HANDS

Set out 2 x 30m channels with 10m, 20m and 30m cones marked out at right angles to each other. Have 2 groups of 5 players standing next to each other, one behind the other in the first 10m section of one channel. Another group of 5 players lines up in the 10m section of the second channel. The drill starts with the ball on the outside of the first of the 2 groups. The first group of 5 players runs out and passes the ball down the line so that the last player in that group passes it to the first player in the next group. The group who has just passed the ball wraps around and reforms in the 20m channel section. The group who has received the ball now runs out and passes it along the line to the next group. Every time a group finishes passing they reform wider untill the drill is run out to the 30m channel.
