Close Grip Bench Press

Objective: Upper body strength emphasis (triceps, chest and shoulders) Technique: Lying flat on the bench, grip the bar with your hands shoulder width apart. Lift the barbell fully extending your arms so the bar is directly above your chest. Lower slowly keeping your elbows passing next to your sides. Touch your chest lightly with the bar and then raise the bar to the start position by fully extending your arms.
