Cable Cross Overs
Objective: Upper Body Strength Emphasis (Chest) Technique: Start standing with a split stance in the middle of a cable crossover machine, holding a cable handle from the top pulleys in each hand. Hands next to your chest, arms flexed at 90 degrees and trunk leaning slightly forward. Keep your chest up and back straight. Maintain your posture as you extend your arms out in front of you towards each other, ending with arms fully extended and hands crossed. Control the cables back to the original start position and repeat.
