Bent Over Towel Barbell Row
Objective: Upper body strength emphasis (Back and Biceps) Technique: Stand over a barbell with one end secured and the other end loaded with the appropriate weight. Use a rope or towel to wrap around the bar and grip with both hands separately. Set your stance with knees slightly flexed, chest forward and back straight. Pull the bar up to your chest maintaining your posture and release slowly to full extension of the arms. Repeat.
