Bent Over Dumbbell Raises

Objective: Upper body strength emphasis (Upper Back and Rear Deltoid) Technique: Sit on the edge of a bench, bending forward with your chest over your thighs. Hold a dumbbell in each hand. Start with both hands together under your legs. Keeping your arms straight and upper body locked in position raise the dumbbells to 180 degrees. Lower slowly and repeat.
