Barbell Sport Squat
Objective: Lower body emphasis strength and power. Technique: Align barbell comfortably on your upper back in a standing position, supported by your hands. Initiate the movement with your hips squatting back and down until the tops of your thighs are parallel to the floor. Explode out of your hips and quads, using that momentum to drive explosively onto your toes. Drop slowly back into the squat and repeat.
