Barbell Over Head Squat

Objective: Lower Body Strength and Shoulder Stability. Technique: Stand with arms fully extended above the head, hands gripping the bar slightly wider than shoulder width. Initiate the movement with your hips squatting back and down until the tops of your thighs are parallel to the floor, keeping the barbell fully extended above the head with straight arms. Straighten the legs and repeat.
